By creating an account or using Rydium ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rydium is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create cinematic, photorealistic images of themselves as protagonists in videogame universes. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate images based on user-provided photos and game assets.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
The Service operates on a credit system. New accounts receive 3 free render credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through our billing portal. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and consent to its processing by our AI systems. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. Generated images are stored on our servers for your personal use. You may not upload photos of other individuals without their explicit consent.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Each account is allotted 2 GB of storage for generated images. Images that exceed this limit cannot be generated until space is freed. We reserve the right to delete stored images after extended periods of account inactivity.
The Rydium platform, brand, and all associated software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game assets, logos, and trademarks displayed within the platform belong to their respective owners. Generated images are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your expectations or that the Service will be available without interruption. AI-generated content may produce unexpected results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
