  • Photos: images you upload for processing
  • Generated images: the results produced by our AI system
  • Usage data: generation history, credit transactions, and activity logs
  • Payment data: billing information processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card details)
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the image generation service
  • Process payments and manage your credit balance
  • Send transactional emails (verification, purchase confirmations)
  • Monitor for abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform

3. Photo Processing

Photos you upload are sent to Google Gemini's API for image generation. By uploading a photo, you consent to this processing. Your photos are stored securely in Amazon S3 and are only used to generate the images you request. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following third parties, as necessary to operate the service:

  • Google (Gemini API): to process image generation requests
  • Amazon Web Services (S3): to store uploaded and generated images
  • Stripe: to process payments
  • Resend: to send transactional emails
  • Neon: to host the database

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated images as long as your account is active. You can delete individual renders from your gallery at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@rydium.app. Photos and generated images are permanently deleted from our storage when you delete them or your account.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
